Allentown, PA —- Effective today, Seika Corporation of America has adopted a new corporate name and logo and commenced the sale, distribution, and customer support for YMC brand HPLC columns in the Americas. Henceforth the company shall be known as YMC America, Inc. The company remains headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania and has added technical and other staff and new instrumentation in support of YMC HPLC column sales. The company continues to distribute YMC HPLC bulk packing and Kyoto Chromato equipment for use in preparative HPLC.

“Our new corporate name more closely identifies our company with the YMC brand and gives YMC customers direct access to a genuine source for YMC analytical and preparative HPLC columns. YMC America, Inc. will enable those chromatographers considering the purchase of YMC columns the ability to obtain YMC columns from a company providing the highest level of technical and business support for YMC columns at very competitive pricing,” says Ernest Sobkow, President of YMC America, Inc.
