Wide pore hybrid silica phase for the separation of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides.

YMC-Triart Bio C18 is an organic/inorganic hybrid silica particle derivatized with C18 (L1 USP designation) based on wide-pore (300 Å) particles.

This stationary phase is suitable for the separation of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides.

Due to its low hydrophobicity, YMC-Triart Bio C18 can be used to efficiently analyze sample materials which are strongly retained on conventional C18 columns.

Characteristics

  • Good peak shapes with mobile phases suitable for LC/MS
  • 100% aqueous stable (no phase
de-wetting for reversed phase)
  • Excellent chemical stability and mechanical durability

Applications

Typical applications include: acidic, neutral, basic compounds
