Hybrid silica based column for separation of highly polar compounds.

YMC-Triart Diol-HILIC is a HILIC (hydrophilic interaction chromatography) column based on an organic/inorganic hybrid particle synthesized with dihydroxypropyl groups (L20 USP designation). The ionically neutral dihydroxypropyl group provides low nonspecific adsorption and allows for quantitative analysis with superior reproducibility.

YMC-Triart Diol-HILIC is ideal for the separation of polar and hydrophilic compounds that are not retained by reversed phase chromatography. It can retain extremely polar compounds while using eluents and buffers suitable for LC/MS.
