Energized and Ready for 2025! Reflections on Our National Sales Meeting

Our National Sales Meeting in Meredith, NH left our Sales, Marketing, and Applications teams buzzing with the energy and insights gained. It was a packed four days, focused on equipping our teams for significant growth.

We kicked things off with a deep dive into strategic initiatives, aligning our efforts for the year ahead. A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to practical training, with industry experts sharing invaluable knowledge and tools. We also focused on personal development, exploring how our individual brands contribute to the strength of our corporate identity.

Beyond the traditional sessions, we embraced some unique team-building experiences. The boat-building competition was a fantastic way to foster collaboration and problem-solving skills. Perhaps most impactful was our focus on personal growth. We discussed pushing past limitations, a concept brought to life by our reading of “The Comfort Crisis” by Michael Easter. This was showcased by a truly memorable polar plunge in Lake Winnipesaukee – a stark reminder of the power of embracing discomfort.

The combination of strategic learning, team camaraderie, and personal challenges has left us all feeling invigorated and ready to take on the year. We’re excited to implement what we’ve learned and collectively contribute to the success of YMC America.
