Mark Dyment

Mark Dyment is President & Chief Executive Officer of YMC America, Inc. and serves as Senior Managing Executive Officer & International Chief Operating Officer (COO) for YMC Co., Ltd.

In his role as President & CEO, Mark has responsibility for all operations and business activities of YMC America, including the company’s Devens, Massachusetts Center of Excellence for GMP-scale downstream process technologies serving the biopharmaceutical, peptide, and oligonucleotide industries. As International COO, he works closely with YMC’s global leadership team to drive strategic alignment, commercial coordination, operational integration, and execution of the company’s “One YMC” vision across its international businesses.

Prior to joining YMC America, Mark served as Chief Operating Officer of LEWA-Nikkiso America, where he was responsible for operations, engineering, service, and supply chain functions supporting the organization’s growth across North America.

Earlier in his career, Mark served as Director of Global Operations for Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Water Analysis Instruments business, where he led global manufacturing, supply chain, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting growth in both established and emerging markets through strategic sourcing, operational excellence, and logistics optimization.

 Prior to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mark spent more than twenty years with Millipore Corporation, holding leadership positions of increasing responsibility across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain functions supporting the company’s biotechnology and life science businesses.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he serves on the Francis College of Engineering Advisory Board, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
