It’s hard to miss the pink lift on our construction site!

While it’s a vital tool helping us expand our facility by 50%, it carries a much deeper meaning. Our subcontractor found this lift and reconditioned it specifically to honor Anita Marchand, a beloved mother and grandmother who lost her life to breast cancer.

By putting her name on the side, they’ve turned a piece of heavy machinery into a moving tribute and a reminder to stay vigilant in the fight against cancer.

At YMC America, we’re excited about what this construction means for our future—specifically the ability to produce ASME DAC columns locally in the U.S. But today, we’re also grateful for the reminder that behind every great project are people with stories that matter.

Breaking Down mRNA Capping Efficiency with High-Resolution IP-RP LC

Evaluating 5' capping efficiency is a critical quality attribute in therapeutic mRNA manufacturing, directly impacting translation efficiency and transcript stability. However, separating structurally similar capped, partially capped, and uncapped species differing by just a single nucleotide remains a significant chromatographic challenge.

Revolutionizing CRISPR Applications: High-Resolution sgRNA Analysis

Ensuring the quality of single guide RNA (sgRNA) is a major hurdle in CRISPR-Cas genome editing. Because these molecules are large (~100mer) and prone to complex secondary structures, separating them from nearly identical impurities requires precision. Our latest application note
