YMC-BioPro HIC HT / BF are hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) columns that utilize a butyl (C4) stationary phase bonded to non-porous hydrophilic polymer particles.
BioPro HIC HT offers higher resolution than conventional HIC columns and is the first choice for ADCs or mAbs.
BioPro HIC BF columns show a stronger retention and can therefore be used for the separation of low hydrophobic proteins or for the analysis of oxidized mAbs.
YMC-BioPro HIC columns are available in 4.6 mm ID.
