Contichrom® CUBE Benchtop System
The Contichrom CUBE is a flexible purification system for process development of (bio-)pharmaceuticals such as monoclonal antibodies, peptides, and oligonucleotides. It enables single-column batch and twin-column counter-current processes such as capture (CaptureSMB®) for monoclonal antibody (mAb) affinity chromatography and MCSGP with AutoPeak® technology for peptides.
Features:
- Performs batch, integrated batch, and continuous processes
- Pump flow rates of up to 36 mL/min or 100 mL/min
- Equipped with ChromIQ automation software
- Scales up to the YMC Contichrom TWIN

Contichrom® TWIN Process Scale Systems
YMC’s Contichrom TWIN Platform consists of feature-rich, GMP-ready skids for LPLC and HPLC. Built on our patented twin-column approach to continuous purification, these systems are proven to significantly increase productivity.
The Contichrom TWIN can also be run in single-column batch mode, allowing users to save space and capital equipment costs by purchasing one system that can operate in multiple modes.
