Check out the All-New Chiral ART Amylose-C Neo

Here at YMC America, Inc., a leading supplier of chiral columns online we are announcing the launch of a brand new series of columns for chiral separations, Chiral ART Amylose-C Neo.

YMC Chiral ART Amylose-C Neo is a new and improved version of our coated Chiral ART Amylose-C chiral phase. This upgraded phase offers increased resolution, compared to that of standard Amylose-C, for both HPLC and SFC separations. This improved chiral selector also offers increased performance when it comes to purification under high loading as well as overall purification efficiency and productivity. Specifications are as follows:

Base material: Silica

pH range: 2.0 – 9.0

Temperature range: 0 – 40°C

You can purchase YMC amylose or cellulose chiral columns and bulk media in either coated or immobilized versions.

  • Coated phases are ideal for familiar separation behavior compared to traditional coated products currently on the market.
  • Immobilized phases also exhibit similar separation behavior to competitive products, including broader separation flexibility as compared to coated phases, thanks to the wider solvent range of these products.

YMC Chiral ART Polysaccharide phases feature high stereoselectivity and are capable of separating a wide range of chiral compounds, as well as cis-trans and geometric isomers. Each phase is available for purchase in packed columns for analytical and semi-prep/prep scale, or in bulk for preparative purification.

YMC Chiral ART Polysaccharide phases are available in 3, 5, 10, and 20μm particle sizes. Varying particle sizes and column dimensions provide exceptional cost-effectiveness for both analytical separations and preparative separations. Guard column cartridges and guard holders are also available for purchase to extend column lifetime.

If you would like to learn more about the new and improved Chiral ART Amylose-C Neo phase or if you have interest in any of our other chromatography products, such as size exclusion chromatography columns, we encourage you to contact our team here at YMC America, Inc. History shows that uptake of innovation is metered in the biopharma industry, but if the invention has checked all the “user need” boxes, its acceptance has an inflection point. This inflection point, when graphed, resembles a hockey stick (hopefully pointing
