Hybrid UHPLC and HPLC Columns and Media: YMC-Triart Diol-HILIC

There is a lot of interest in HILIC (hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography), particularly among LC/MS users.  Mobile phases used in HILIC separations are generally “LC/MS friendly.”

YMC-Triart Diol-HILIC begins with an organic/inorganic hybrid base particle with excellent durability and usability across a wide pH range.  It is then synthesized with a dihydroxypropyl (Diol) group.  The resulting material is ideal for the separation of polar compounds that are not retained well using other methods.
