Wide pore hybrid silica phase designed for biomolecule separations.

YMC-Triart Bio C4 is an organic/inorganic hybrid silica particle derivatized with C4 (L26 USP designation) based on wide-pore (300 Å) particles. This stationary phase is designed for HPLC and UHPLC separations of proteins and oligonucleotides, and is particularly useful for intact antibody analyses run at high temperatures.

YMC-Triart Bio C4 is well-suited for high-sensitivity analysis using mass spec-friendly mobile phases containing formic acid and/or TFA.

Characteristics

  • Good peak shapes with mobile phases suitable for LC/MS
  • 100% aqueous stable (no phase
de-wetting for reversed phase)
  • Suitable for the separation of intact antibodies under high temperatures (up to 90°C)
  • Excellent chemical stability and mechanical durability

Applications

Typical applications include: proteins, peptides, antibodies
