Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) Columns

YMC Alcyon columns are supercritical fluid chromatography columns available in both chiral and achiral stationary phases.  These columns are specifically packed in SFC compatible hardware and tested under SFC conditions.  The low viscosity of supercritical carbon dioxide allows for analytical separations that are 3-5 times faster than normal phase HPLC.
